Roles and Responsibilities
Creating and executing strong performance marketing strategies as per requirement & execution plans.
Prepare budget for spend across different digital platforms like Facebook/Instagram Google Adwords ,Twitter, Snapchat, Linkedin
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
Train and mentor junior and mid-level team members
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the work environment and continuously elevate the quality and caliber of the organization
Oversee key marketing functions such as content creation, SEO, SEM, copywriting, social media, digital ads, email. marketing, and other core tasks
Responsible for owning all the tasks related to the execution of the client’s Digital Media plan and ensuring that all client outcomes are delivered in keeping with the company standards of quality, timeliness, and professionalism related to campaigns.
Work with a team to propose and implement out-of-the-box strategies keeping in mind client goals.
Create plans and processes for the team
Should have an understanding of handling and managing multiple projects
Effective and efficient management of Team Members in terms of Digital Marketing Manager, Target Orientation, enhance Productivity and Performance, Motivation, Monitoring and Review.
Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages related to creatives/graphics .
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
Ensuring successful planning, implementation and optimisation of campaigns to meet the KPI’s
Should be updated with Social Media trends and tools
Hands on experience on PPC, social media and other digital marketing
Problem solving attitude
Understanding of A and B Testing
